Plemix is a Hong Kong registered incorporated business. Our headquarter is located in Hong Kong with operating centers.

 What currency is my order billed in?
For Paypal payments, all orders will be billed based on the currency you have selected.
For Credit Card payments you will be billed in US Dollars. Australian and New Zealander customers can choose to be billed in AU Dollars.

 What currency do Plemix accept?
We accept Australian Dollars, British Pounds, Canadian Dollars, Euros, New Zealand Dollars, US Dollars and Hong Kong Dollars.

 Are the phones or cameras come with any manufacture warranty? 
Since all phones and cameras products are parallel imported items that there are no manufacturer warranties included with your orders. However, here at Plemix we do offer 6-month Plemix warranty for phones, tablets, cameras and camcorders you purchased through our website (effective from 01 Dec, 2015, 00:00, Hong Kong Time, UTC/GMT +8 hours). At the same time, we do have a return policy that provides a high level of customer satisfaction guarantee. For more information, please review our Warratnty and Return Policy sections.

 Can I order by phone, fax, or any other methods other than online checkout?
Unfortunately at this time is No. In order to protect your personal information, you may order via online checkout only.

 Is it safe to order through Plemix?
YES. plemix is a Verisign certified website as well as hosted under a dedicated server. This means your information is securely handled by us. All your information provided to us is being protected. Please review our Privacy Statementsection.

 What is the charge for shipping and tax? 
Shipping rate varies due to the weight of the product. Customers can check the estimated shipping rate at the shopping cart or a confirmed shipping rate at the checkout page. For all international orders (outside US), customers are responsible for the custom and import duties.

 What does SIM Free mean? SIM unlocked mean?
SIM Free: 
This means that your phone purchase does not included a SIM card.
This means that the phone is not locked to any particular phone service providers. Before you make a decision to purchase a particular phone, please make sure that the frequency of your mobile phone network is compatible with the phone you wish to purchase. There is no commitment to any minimum term contract to buy our phones.

 Will the phone I purchase work in my country?
Within the United States and Canada, the majority uses only GSM 1900 bandwidth. In UK, Australia and most parts of Asia with the exception of Japan and South Korea, their networks use GSM 900 / GSM 1800.

 Can I use the charger in my country?
Quad band / Tri band phones come with travel chargers (100-240V) and no transformer is needed. Dual band phones usually come with 220V chargers. We will provide you a compatible plug adaptor for free with your order.

 When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped usually within 1 – 2 days after payment received.

 Can I track my order?
Yes you can. After you have placed an order at plemix.com, we will email you the order detail and order status. You may also check the order status and details online.

Simply login to plemix.com, and go to your Buying History, all of your previous orders will be shown on the page. You are able to review the details of each order, the price, the item and the order status.

We will keep you updated on your orders. Every time when the status of your order has been updated, you will be notified by email from our customer service representatives.

If your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number. You may also find the tracking number online in theBuying History together with the respecting shipping partner. Click on the name of the shipping partner (e.g. Fedex), it will then lead you to their online tracking page. Input the tracking number to get the most updated information of your package.

 What forms of payment do you accept?

 Why do I need the Credit Card authorization form?
For security reason, we will randomly select orders requesting additional verification information. We will then send out the Credit Card authorization form for our customers to fill in. This will help speeding up the credit card approval process and to ensure your purchase will be delivered on time.

If your country is not listed above, it means we do not offer service to your location yet but please check back with us at a regular basis. Shipping Insurance Fees is to ensure protection for your shipments from door to door. This service covers against physical loss or damage that could occur due to external causes during transportation. It applies to the direct replacement or repair cost of the shipments transported and transportation charges are automatically insured with your shipment.

Products & Warranties

Plemix offer a 6 months warranty service to phones, tablets, cameras and camcorders (effective from 01 Dec, 2015, 00:00, Hong Kong Time, UTC/GMT +8 hours). For the orders placed before this effective date, no warranty service will be covered. The warranty service is subjected to the following terms and conditions:1. The warranty service is offered from the date of arrival at your location.2. This warranty service is valid only for the original customer who purchased the item.3. The item(s) beyond the 6 months of purchase will not be covered with the warranty service.4. Exception for the warranty service:    a) Defects caused by human damages and accidents;    b) Use of supplies or parts not meeting the product’s specifications;    c) Misuse of other software application which are not compatible with the item;    d) Damage due to water, fire, or other acts of nature;    e) Defects caused by the normal ageing of the product (such as scratches or tears of the item coating);    e) Self repair, or unauthorized product modification, removal, installation and set-up service (including upgrades and expansions) by any third party;    f) Failure to follow instructions supplied with the product;    g) Accessories (such as earphones, batteries, or connecting cables, etc) and cosmetic (packaging or boxes) damages are not included in the warranty service
5. Plemix reserves the final decision to determine if the RMA item has or has not performed by following the product instructions6. Before sending back an item for warranty service, customer must contact us about the defect and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Any return sent without a RMA number will not be accepted by us. Customer assumes all responsibility (included the return shipping fee) for the package until it arrives at our office. Plemix will not be responsible for returned packages if lost or damaged by your mailing service.7. Customer has to ship back the RMA item via an insured carrier and obtain a tracking number for your package. The RMA item requested to be securely packed in a box using bubbles wrap, and must be double boxed.8. Customer has to include a copy of your original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box) when sending back an item.9. It will usually take at least 2 – 6 weeks (subject to the situation of defect) to process the warranty items. Plemix will responsible for the shipping fee of sending back the item to customer only.10. Customer should backup all data and information properly before they send back the electronics products. All data and information stored in the item may be lost or deleted during the repair process. Plemix will not responsible for any lost of the data or information.11. Plemix reserves the right not to provide any report (written or oral) toward the repairing services.Plemix reserves the right to interpret the above Terms and Conditions in case of any dispute.

Payment Methods

Plemix currently offers the following payment methods : 
Postal Money Order Payment
At this moment, plemix only accept postal money order. Postal money order is a money order purchased directly from your local post office. If you are not sure whether the type of money order you used is acceptable by plemix, you can always confirm it by sending us an email. This payment option is available for you to choose during your checkout process. Buyer must print and send a copy of the order summary along with their money order. 

Wire Transfer Payment Procedure
Plemix welcome wire transfer payment directly to our banking institution. The detail procedure is available during your shopping checkout. Buyer should always reference their order # on their wire transfer. Transfer without a reference order number might result in delaying your order processing.

Paypal credit card payment
We only accept from the following locations:

Return Policy

The return policy governs any purchase made through our Plemix.com retail website. Plemix offers a 14 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival at your location (effective from 01 Dec, 2015, 00:00, Hong Kong Time, UTC/GMT +8 hours). Customer’s returned item must meet the requirements stated below in order for us to accept it:1. Engraved products are not refundable in any circumstances;2. Any item lost in the mail will not be responsible by Plemix;3. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This also applies to defective items;4. All returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee (There will not be restocking fee on defective items);5. All returns, for any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you;6. Returned item must be double boxed, customer should not adhere any labels or postage on the product’s packaging;7. Before you return your items, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will not be accepted by us. Customer, assume all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our office. Plemix will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service;8. Please include the following information when returning an item:    a) Your RMA number on your invoice (Do not write on the items box. If so, the package will not be accepted even if it is not defective);
    b) A copy of your original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box);
    c) A note stating the problem if you would like the return for replacement or exchange;9. Shipping fees and insurance are NON-Refundable.
