great service, phone was received quickly. i ordered the white razr and the device is the Singapore retail model. so it is compatible with custom roms and the OTA ICS leaks. the phone is unlocked and new as advertised. and nothing beats the price

is the phone really unlocked? too many online retailers advertise sim free or unlocked and the phone isn't. other online retailers also say new and sell refurbished products. i just would like to be assured that the phone is new and unlocked before i purchase. if i receive the phone and it is not unlocked how will that be handled? you are advertising it as unlocked/ sim free, how would you fix that if it is network locked? Also, does the white xt910 have white or black carbon fiber?
