I bought this phone a week ago and i am greatly impress at how fast the service was. I bought it on a Friday and received it on Wednesday. The package was nice and came with a seal and everything. The accessories were all in their neatly packed. (the phone, manuals, Cd's softwares, extra stylus, the charger, headset, battery, htc pouch, and the usb cord.) I was very impress at the Htc TyTN box. I would also like to compliment Plemix for their fast Live Chat support help system. I've talked to Samantha through there and she has been really helpful. In the package i received a charger that didn't fit the outlet. After chatting with Samantha she resolved the problem quickly and sent me another adapter which came in a few days later. Great phone and service. =) I am very please.
